Data protection

YouCap does not sell, trade or rent your information to others. We will add your details to the YouCap database to process your request, and so that you can be kept up to date with relevant details of our, or our associated companies, training, updates and services.

Shipping Policy

Handbooks, Training Materials and Exams

Once materials have been purchased via the YouCap website individual candidates or, in the case of a group booking, the person completing the booking on behalf of the candidates, will receive an order confirmation email including instructions on how to register their account via the YouCap Portal to access their exam and/or training materials.

If after 24 hours you haven’t received your email, please get in touch at info@youcap.com.

Cancellations and Refunds

Candidates who change their mind and wish to cancel their purchase must inform YouCap as soon as possible and before completing their registration via the link included in their order confirmation e-mail. Refunds can only be granted for products that have not been accessed.

Exams can be rescheduled free of charge up 24 hours prior to the exam appointment via the YouCap Portal. If you reschedule an exam less that 24 hours in advance, you will forfeit your entire exam fee. Exam fees are also due for no-shows.

Exams

Students have three (3) months upon the purchase date to sit their online exam. If they want an additional three (3) month extension, this should be requested in writing via email to info@youcap.com.

If a student doesn’t sit their exam within the allotted three (3) month period or the extended six (6) month period, the student will have to pay for the full exam again to be able to take it.

Students have two (2) chances to pass the exam for any of AGRC’s certificates or courses.
